Delete your account in the app

1. Open runobi and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Deletion takes effect right away and signs you out on every device.

Request deletion if you can't open the app

Email info@runobi.app from the address you use with runobi, with the subject "Delete my account". If you sign in with Apple or Google, tell us which one.

We delete your account and reply to confirm when it is done. We never ask for your password.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details: email address, password, display name, and linked Apple or Google sign-in.
• Your game progress, runners, and gear. A new account starts from the beginning.
• Your wallet: coins, gems, tickets, and every other in-game balance.
• Your Strava connection: we revoke our access with Strava and delete every Strava-derived record we hold.

What we keep, and for how long

• Partner voucher codes you already revealed. The partner brand issued them, so they stay with the partner under the partner's own terms.
• Records of in-app purchases, kept only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
• An anonymous record of in-game transactions, with no name, email address, or other personal data attached.
