Your account

You need an account to play runobi. Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

Virtual currencies

Coins, gems, and every other in-game currency have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We may change how currencies are earned, priced, or spent at any time.

Paid random mechanics

• Where a purchase can yield a random outcome, we publish the exact odds for every possible result on the purchase screen before you buy.
• Paid random mechanics are not available in every region. Where local law restricts them, we turn the paid option off and keep every free way to earn the same rewards.

Brand vouchers

A brand voucher is a code supplied by a partner brand. Once you reveal a voucher, the partner's own terms govern how you redeem it — runobi is not the merchant of record for what a voucher unlocks.

Acceptable use

One athlete per account. Runs must be your own, recorded by a tracker as you actually ran them — no manually entered or fabricated activity earns anything.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account from the app at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia.
